Much better than Mercure Chamonix Centre. Cleaner and more modern. Food not as good as Mercure Chamonix Centre. Jacuzzi is just warm. Temperature is max 32C. Cannot be raise because sharring same circuit as the pool.If you want to go skiing, better have a car otherwise, you have to walk very far to get to the bus stop ( with your skis )
Cold jacuzzi.Need a shuttle to go to the bus stop.

Cozy room, fine view, spacious dining area with a beautiful mountain backdrop made my stay good, complemented by the convenient free parking just steps away.

I enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi of the hotel, which is free for all guests staying at the hotel. From the pool area, you have a wonderful and breathtaking view of the mountains.
The distance from the hotel to the city centre is about 15 minutes by bus. On the plus side, the hotel gives you a pass to use on the bus for free transportation.

The staff are friendly, making me feel welcome .
I faced multiple challenges , such as the restaurant's dinner which was disappointing. The food was bland, resembling cat food in appearance. The jacuzzi was cold.

Stunning location, good free car park, reasonable restaurant and conveniently situated for an early morning (and almost traffic-free) passage through Mont Blanc tunnel to Italy.

Very central position allowing you to take 5 mins. to reach any of the ski centres in Chaminix (using Motorway type of road). Very relaxing interior with sweet little spa facility providing plenty of relaxation after skiing. Extremely clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Limitless private car parking area next to the hotel main entrance.
